Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping:  (BASED ON LOCATION, can take up to 2-3 weeks.)

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and International.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Issues:

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer support at runwithhimco@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt at runwithhimco@gmail.com. Provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
